Full House Theatre Company delivers a variety of Education and Outreach work, such as those featured here. These include pre and post show workshops, performances in schools, special needs residencies, summer schools, after school clubs, extended schools, corporate training and many other bespoke outreach projects.
Playing The Dream A Midsummer Nights Dream for KS1 and KS2 Playing the Dream was also performed on and around children's play equipment in public parks in Bedfordshire, Solihull, South London and Kettering. This is Shakespeare for kids in their own environment. We deliver many theatre skills sessions and workshops to secondary schools and to students in further and higher education including a scheme of work for B-Tech Performing Arts Children's Theatre Module. The Fisherman and His Wife This great show is an interactive performance workshop based on the Brothers Grimm tale. The piece was supported by Luton Borough Council, South Beds District Council and The Bedford Charity. It was delivered to over 100 Lower and Primary schools in Bedfordshire. We offer many summer schools and school holiday theatre workshops. The featured picture shows a recent Summer School, supported by The Local Network Fund. This was a two week devising process culminating in an outstanding performance. The Last Dance A Theatre in Education piece exploring issues surrounding teenage pregnancy, sexual health and relationships. Orignally commissioned by Luton Borough Council in 2007 it was also delivered, with the support of the Harpur Trust to schools in Bedford in 2008.
