Art Town

Houghton Regis Art Town creates opportunities for people living in the town to experience and enjoy the arts.

Children and young people can take part in free sessions run by our trained practitioners weekly during term time.

Previous sessions have included circus skills, drama, singing, visual arts, costume making and dance.

Our Houghton Regis Hullabaloo outdoor performances are a part of the Without Walls network.

Our wonderful young Art Town Explorers and Champions have been hard at work this spring bringing a vibrant mural to life alongside amazing local artist, Paige Denham.

Made in collaboration with Houghton Regis Town Council for Houghton Regis in Bloom 2026, the mural takes inspiration from the surrounding green spaces, planting, and kitchen garden. We’re incredibly proud of this colourful celebration of community, creativity, and nature made by our Houghton Regis Art Town participants for everyone to enjoy.

This beautiful artwork now brightens the back of the Village Green Pavilion in Houghton Regis, be sure to check it out!
